1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rummyapp.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

3 Your Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on rummyapp.vu. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method or device — is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any funds or bonuses forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must:

• Keep your username and password confidential and not share them with anyone.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

rummy app supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in PKR:

• Direct bank transfer
• Supported debit and credit cards
• Supported mobile wallets

Deposits are typically credited to your rummy app balance quickly after confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the channel used and any scheduled maintenance or verification requirements.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. rummy app does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being complete on your account.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page. rummy app reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account verification has not previously been completed.

Any funds deposited to rummy app are held for gaming purposes only. Deposits may not be used to generate returns without genuine wagering activity. rummy app reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it believes is not consistent with normal gaming use.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses must be opted into before they are credited. Bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to deposits already made.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount where stated — must be turned over in real-money bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on rummy app are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ICC tournament markets — is governed by the rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time the bet is placed.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports and casino games:

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• rummy app reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or settled in error.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or interruption during a casino game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game's server-side record. The result displayed on the server at the time of the fault is considered the official result.

• rummy app reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict betting markets for any individual account at its discretion.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Odds displayed during live betting are indicative and may change between placement and confirmation.

For live casino games, the rules of the specific game as presented by the live dealer studio apply. rummy app acts as the platform through which these games are accessed and is not responsible for any errors made by the live studio provider, provided that appropriate resolution steps are taken.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rummy app. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances without appeal:

• Multi-accounting: Opening, operating or benefiting from more than one account on rummyapp.vu.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in any game or sports market.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated betting software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors: Taking deliberate advantage of pricing errors, system faults, or incorrectly displayed odds. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with your payment provider without first raising the matter with rummy app support. Accounts involved in chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to process, transfer or obscure funds obtained through illegal means. rummy app is committed to preventing financial crime and will cooperate fully with relevant authorities where required.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification or at any other point of interaction with the platform.

rummy app monitors account activity continuously. Any behaviour that appears inconsistent with normal gaming use may trigger an internal review, during which account access and withdrawals may be suspended pending the outcome.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on rummyapp.vu — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, game interfaces and promotional material — is the property of rummyapp.vu or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from rummyapp.vu. Unauthorised use of the rummy app brand, name or logo — including in any social media context — is prohibited.

Game content made available through the platform's game lobby, including slot titles and live casino streams, is licensed from third-party game studios and is subject to the intellectual property terms of those studios. rummy app does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rummy app's liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law. Where applicable law requires a minimum standard of service or liability, rummy app's obligations are limited to that standard.
